I am interested in the proposition of the negative dialectic, “to always be working means to always not be working, which means to always be on vacation.” This ambivalence towards labor leaves me uneasy as I call to question my own abilities as a worker. What good am I doing by undoing what I’ve done?

And yet images persist- ghosts of devotion towards a practice of repeatedly banging my head against the wall.
